Note (Beta): Paid subscriptions and checkout are not active yet. These terms apply in advance for planned live operation after business registration.

§ 1 Scope

These terms apply to paid subscriptions on scentX.io once checkout is live.

§ 2 Service description

scentX.io provides a B2B market intelligence terminal for the fragrance market. The planned scope of services depends on the subscription tier once checkout is live. During beta, unlocked features are available without a paid subscription.

§ 3 Prices and payment

Planned prices include statutory VAT. Billing is monthly in advance once Stripe checkout is active.

§ 4 Right of withdrawal

Once digital subscriptions are live: for digital content, the right of withdrawal expires when contract performance begins, provided you have expressly consented and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right. Until then, no active paid contract applies.

§ 5 Cancellation

Once subscriptions are active, they may be cancelled effective at the end of the current billing period.

§ 6 Limitation of liability

Market data provided on scentX.io is for information purposes only. Liability for trading decisions based on this data is excluded.
